Thing # 18

I looked at openoffice and google docs. I'm starting to feel overwhelmed by all these options. Both sites have pretty good tutorials but I would really like to take a class on these so that I could weigh the advantages of each. I'm a visual learner so I prefer to see how things work. I really don't want to register or download these. I am still learning to use the programs that came with the computer. I am amazed at what is available though.

I found your blog through another Player...
please contact the Kickball Captains at vbranom@sbcglobal.net

There is no record of you being an official player, i.e. no registration from Thing #4. We need to get caught up ASAP.

REMEMBER --school email is DOWN until monday the 14th if you do not have another email.

Hang in there with the Google docs and Open Office. Just think of both of them as free Microsoft Office. One, Google docs is online and can be accessed from any computer and Open Office is just like Microsoft Office.... Hope this helps some.....

I didn't want to download anything either so I just looked at the tutorials. Thanks, Mr.H, for telling us the difference between the two.
